We started Two Guys, One Grill because we looked at the mobile catering landscape and saw a massive void. Too many trailers play it safe. We wanted to build something on creative risk, bringing a bit of off-field variation to the street-food game without ever sacrificing on great flavour. Ben spent years honing his craft as a chef, waiting for a kitchen to call his own. Launching this trailer allowed Ben to fulfill a lifelong dream, while giving us a playground to completely rewrite what is possible on a burger. We cook what we love, push the boundaries of flavor fusion, and show you exactly how different street food can be.
